A little about the firm
PahRoo Appraisal & Consultancy is a real estate appraisal firm based in Lincolnwood, IL. It was founded by Michael Hobbs, a designated appraiser who also owns investment real estate, and has more than twenty years of experience.
We do residential and commercial appraisals, with offices in Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and Naples. We’re not a volume shop or an AMC. We take on the valuation problems other firms pass on, and we support continuing education so our team keeps learning.
